Supporting the Achievement of Quality Standards

The SWP partners all hold quality standards demonstrating our quality delivery of provision and services to the children’s workforce. Most recently this has included STAR and Blackburn achieving the Training Quality Standard with expertise in Children’s Workforce in Schools, becoming the first two providers to achieve this nationally. As sharers of best practice we can provide consultancy support to organisations to assist them in achieving the following quality standards:

• TQS
• Matrix
• IiP
• EFQM

Our support can include:

• Assistance in undertaking a self assessment against the criteria for the standards, we have both online and paper based tools available for this.
• Assistance in producing your action plan as a result of the self assessment, to improve the quality of delivery and meet the standard indicators.
• Producing and implementing quality policies, processes and documentation including induction, candidate/service monitoring and evaluation materials.
• Assisting you to complete the associated documentation for the standards including application forms.
