2develop for the Wider Children's Workforce is our continuous professional development (CPD) portal for organisations who deliver services to children. Designed specifically to meet the needs of those working in a support role within the wider children’s workforce.
The tool is being used by a number of Local Authorities and Connexions services to assist them to meet the challenges of the Wider Children's Workforce agenda and the objectives set in their Children's Plan. It allows individuals and organisations to identify skills gaps, areas for further development and plan for the achievement of future development objectives.
