In the current climate of workforce development, a vital pre-requisite of effective workforce planning is the commitment to performance review and management for all staff.

Our toolkit of materials is intended to support effective management and deployment of support staff in schools. The CD Rom and guidance document provides a 'pick and mix' selection of guidance and supporting documents and enables schools to evolve and review an existing performance management system to include all support staff. There is also guidance on how to set up a completely new system.
